Clinic information: Clinic name, owner name, email address, WhatsApp number, and business details provided during registration.
Patient information: Name, WhatsApp number, date of birth, gender, medical history, treatment plans, and appointment details — entered by clinic staff.
Doctor information: Name, phone number, specialty, and login credentials.
Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for analytics and security purposes.
Payment information: Invoice details and payment status. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the CliniqDesk platform
To send appointment reminders and notifications via WhatsApp (with your consent)
To generate AI-powered treatment plans for doctors
To process payments and generate invoices
To improve our services and fix technical issues

4. WhatsApp & Meta

CliniqDesk uses the Meta WhatsApp Business API to send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and treatment reports to patients. Messages are sent only with explicit consent from the patient or clinic. We comply with Meta's Business Messaging Policy and applicable data protection laws.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secure servers hosted in India. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit. Patient medical data is stored in an encrypted database accessible only to authorised clinic staff.

We retain clinic and patient data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with:

Meta (WhatsApp): For sending messages through the WhatsApp Business API
Razorpay: For processing payments (subject to Razorpay's privacy policy)
Anthropic: For AI treatment plan generation (anonymised medical context only)
Legal authorities: When required by law

Patients whose data is stored in CliniqDesk have the right to:
